Presenting the third installment of the Grand Prix collection of the Province of Canada – Pence & Cents formed by the late Ron Brigham. This sale (Part III) emphasizes the Queen Victoria “Chalon” portrait, utilized on the famous 1851 12 pence, and the later issued 7½ pence & 12½ cents stamps. Featuring many of the greatest rarities with proofs, stamps including famous multiples and important postal history, from the Three pence Beaver on laid paper to the last issued Decimal stamp – the two cent Queen Victoria.
