Enclose a brief inventory listing of your lots, or a general description of your collection. Ship via registered mail or courier. Advise us when shipping so that we will have notice for insurance purposes.
Lots must have average expected realization of at least $300 each.
We reserve the right to regroup or to decline to list any unsuitable lots. Rejected lots will be returned immediately after examination.
Since we guarantee the genuineness of all stamps sold, any stamp recognized as not genuine will be returned to the owner. Charges for certificates from expert committees such APS, Philatelic Foundation, etc., for stamps found to be not genuine will be charged to your account.
Final settlement will be made as soon as payments are received from buyers...usually 45 days after the sale date. Advances are available 15 days after the sale on larger consignments. ($2000 or more)
Competitive commission rates are available for sellers.
Non-Scott items such as covers, errors and freaks should have an estimated market value of at least $200.
Collections and accumulations: please supply a current Scott catalogue value where possible. List the better value stamps in the lots by Scott number so that they may be examined and highlighted in the sale.
